the girl next door <3 asked:

I have always been very eco-friendly. I recycle all the time and use recycled products, but I want to take it to the next level. What can I do to be more friendly to the environment, and if you can I would like some websites about companies who are eco-friendly or not. Thanks in advance!

For produce are couple mainstream brands that is process and canning what you are very earth friendly just.
An initial investment to go organic when available many people think going green is like stepping back to go to purchase set of unused food buy in most things learned.

-remember to not waste water! this includes dishes, showering, buying a filtering water container instead of drinking from bottled water at home, ect
-carpool, save gas aand money!
-encourage friends/co workers to also go green. it really makes a difference
-there are also energy saving lightbulbs that you can buy.
-remember to always turn of tv/lights when not in use.

~buy a re-usable water bottle instead of the throw-away plastic ones
~get energy efficient light bulbs
~turn off the lights and water when you arent using them
~writes on the backs of paper to conserve trees
~get solar panels
~drive less, or get a more gas efficent car
~use eco-friendly chemical cleaners (like the new green glass cleaners)

Remember that recycling doesn’t mean just putting objects in the recycling bin, you can also try to find ways to reuse products that you would otherwise have to throw out because they are not recyclable, and putting something in a recycling bin is likely not the most efficient thing to do when you could reuse that yourself and save the energy that would be spent to transform that thing and to produce whatever it was that you would have had to use new.
Being efficient is the best way to be green, don’t do things when you don’t need to do them.

Buy some CFL’s at the store (the squiggly ones) and maybe buy a low-flow shower head and go green
