It seems the only vegan paints I can find are not natural products. I want paints that I can use as art supplies, not wall paint. Non-toxic. No animal testing. I saw this natural hemp paint but it’s for children and they are very expensive, with a small colour option. Oil paints and acrylic paints are perffered.

Just started a new website, where the artist finds old sweaters at thrift shops and goodwill and recycles them into new mittens.

http://www.recycledwarmth.com/mittenshopping.html

Would you be more likely to purchase these if the advertising said they were Eco-friendly?

Take a look at the mittens that are currently for sale, do they look like quality products?

Which will give us the most bang for our buck? Which shows crumbs less? Which looks the most expensive without being the most expensive. Which gives our home the most re-sale value? Which is eco-friendly? Anything out there made with re-cycled products? Thanks for your help, Val

I can’t find any information on the Arm & Hammer Website about this product at all. I realize it is new to the shelves, but you’d think they would be promoting it a lot more as eco-friendly if in fact it is. It is supposed to be a more eco-friendly laundry detergent made with essential oils and with plant based ingredients, no oil or petroleum based, but the label doesn’t help and the internet is shockingly sparse on any information at all.

OK so i have an essay due in a few days and i think its great, i was just wonderin if i could improve cause i dun have enough words.

The ozone layer is a layer that covers all of the earth and is located about 6-10 miles from the earth. Its job is to protect us, animals and plants from most of the suns harmful rays. Without the protection of the ozone layer many people, plants and animals might and most likely will die.
In the mid-1980s scientist started to notice that the Ozone layer was depleting, as they searched for the cause of the depletion they found CFC. CFC or chlorofluorocarbons was the biggest contributor and is found in most house hold items like refrigerators, home insulation and disposable food containers. When the CFC was released into the air and reached the Ozone layer it attracts one of the three ozone molecules, therefore ruining that molecule. Each CFC molecule can destroy up to 100,000 ozone molecules.
For every 1% of Ozone depletion 2% of UV-B rays are able to reach the earth. These rays are very harmful to us and the environment and if we were to continue like this there will be an increase of skin cancer, malaria and other infectious. The environment will also be affected because plants, fish and animals will be harmed and therefore throwing off the balance of things.
We are already seeing some of these changes like the melting of the ice caps and the global warming because of the hole in the ozone over Antarctica. We are fortunate that the hole that is causing this is over Antarctica were no people are living. This hole was caused by us and its unfortunate that we have to ruin something before we notice that we can die with out it.
There is no proven way of recovering all of the lost Ozone molecules but there are many ways to prevent the loss of any more. Since the year 2000 most countries have banned the production and the use of most CFC products and are trying to cut down on their emissions. We can also help the ozone layer by using eco-friendly and ozone-friendly products and lowering our emissions.
We have to fight this problem before its too late other wise we will be ruining our future. We have to watch out for CFCs any the products we buy, and we have to watch for any more changes in the future because they could be from the ozone depletion.
