Most of them are not eco friendly especially pads as they have super absorbent gels and fibers in them to wick away the menstrual flow.

The wrappers are made of plastic and plastic takes over 1000 years to decompose.

Not really. There’s these things called menstrual cups that just catch the blood and when you go to the bathroom you empty it out, clean it, and reuse it.
If you don’t have a problem with the blood and the cleaning, it’s a way more eco-friendly product, and it’s cheaper.
